Plie Slide To Improve Your Legs Shape

Do you want an effective exercise that could make your legs in shape and in good condition? If yes, Glamour suggests a ballet inspired workout they call ?pli? slide?.

To look great with your swimsuit, the legs must first look great. And one way to do it is by performing the pli? slide exercise. This can be done firstly by standing straight with your hands hold on your hips and set your foot to exactly 45 degrees. After that, bend both knees by stepping your left foot out and ensure that it is wider than the hip-width part. Lower your body straight to the floor with back straight and abs held firmly.

Next to do is to slide your left heel back towards your right. Then, straight your legs and repeat the exercise. You must repeat these steps 15 times to gain productive results. Bear in mind to line up your knees always over your toes.
